This place is delicious and nutritious! The empanadas are sooooo good! The beef is my fav but the shrimp comes in as a close second. The red snapper is to die for. If you really hungry those beef ribs are big and falling off the bone. The drinks are fye and the atmosphere and service is top tier!

My husband and I went there for breakfast. We started with a shrimp empanada, which was delicious and beautifully presented. We also ordered the Típico Hondureño, which according to the menu included eggs, refried beans, sweet plantains, fresh cheese, avocado, ham, and three homemade tortillas. We ordered the eggs over easy, but they arrived sunny side up. We were also surprised that the homemade tortillas were corn tortillas; since this was a traditional Honduran breakfast, we were expecting traditional handmade flour tortillas. We also ordered the Dominican Tres Golpes, which according to the menu included fried eggs, mangú, salami, avocado, and fried cheese. I requested my eggs over easy, but they also arrived sunny side up. Instead of mangú, the plate came with stewed rice, and the fried cheese was also missing. We sent the Tres Golpes back to be corrected, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, the plate never returned. Eventually, my husband had to approach the manager, explain what had happened, and ask to cancel the order because we no longer wanted to keep waiting. What really shaped our experience, however, was the service after the mistake happened. We completely understand that mistakes can happen. What surprised us was that during all that time, our server never came back to apologize for the situation, check whether our order was being corrected, or simply keep us updated. Even when it was time to pay, we didn’t feel much warmth or acknowledgment of what had happened. We don’t expect perfection; we expect attentiveness and a good response when something goes wrong. When we go out to eat, we’re not just looking for good food we’re looking for an experience: to feel taken care of, enjoy ourselves, and want to come back. Mistakes will happen, but the way a customer is treated afterward can completely change how the experience ends. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant is beautiful and the food presentation is lovely. I hope they can improve these details, especially when it comes to service, because great service can make all the difference.

Our first time here after accidentally finding it. Walked in and welcomed quickly. It wasn’t a very busy on the monday evening, couple of other tables taken. We sat at a table endy to the window. We ordered 2 sodas and 2 glasses of water. We perused the menu and He settled on the Bandeja Paisa which was fried pork belly, white rice, black beans, columbian sausage (which tasted homemade by the texture), skirt steak and a egg cooked to order an arepa & an avocado salad amd some fried plantains (maduros). Getting to taste a bite of everything it was cooked perfectly just needed a touch of salt and pepper and the squeeze of limes that were on the plate added a hint of brightness to the dish as well. I ordered the Arrachera platter which came with grilled to order skirt steak, seasoned orange rice black beans maduros! My steak was cooked to perfection and juicy and tender. The rice and beans were great as well just added a small amount of salt and pepper. The maduros were fresh and sweet. They also had a cilantro lime sauce that added just the right amount of extra flavor to the steak as well! We also got the flan that came with fresh berries on too! This place is a great addition to the neighborhood and is a must try!
