- NWNikita WhitakerMay 2, 20261.0My husband visited the New Bern Avenue location in Raleigh NC on Saturday, 5/2. He purchased a double cheese burger meal and chicken tender meal. He didn't realize there was bacon on the burger until he got home so he took the burger back. We do not eat pork and haven't for years. When he returned to get another burger he was met with attitude and poor customer service. All they did was give another bun and change the toppings resulting in a COLD burger. He also asked for fresh onion rings since his were cold from having to come back. We live 15-20 min away from this location. Your staff appeared to be annoyed at having to correct an order that never asked for bacon. The customer service was terrible. Please advise your staff that some people will get sick if pork is on their food. This makes us NOT want to ever return.
