  Ordered online for pick up at the mobile through and I had quick service and I had real portions not like the other capital Boulevard Location. Food tasted fresh and I would make a 15 minute longer drive just to go here than the other capital Boulevard location any day of the week

  We ordered two quesadillas and three kids’ meals for pickup. Since Chipotle only allows quesadillas to be ordered through pickup, we decided to give this new location a try even though I was a little skeptical after seeing some of the reviews. We usually go to a different location on Capital Blvd. The employee at the counter was very friendly. We decided to eat there, and when I mentioned that, she brought our order to the table and also showed us where to find the utensils. The food was very well prepared, and the portion sizes, especially the protein (sofritas quesadilla and Chicken quesadilla) , were excellent. At other Chipotle locations, I’ve often found that the quesadillas can be made with very little filling, leaving mostly tortilla, and sometimes the sides are only half-filled. This location really surprised me in a good way. Everything was well made, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly. We had a very good experience and would definitely come back.

  Placed a drive thru order on the app for 11:50am pickup. Sat in the drive thru line as the third car for 15 minutes and it looked like nothing was happening and no one was moving. Got out of the DT line and parked and walked inside. All of the workers were ignoring both me and a few other customers standing by the pickup shelf looking for our orders. The customers in line doing regular orders at the register were getting their orders made yet I was still waiting on food I had ordered 30 min ago. It took at least another 10 min for an employee to finally approach me and ask for the name of my order. By the time I finally received it, it had been half an hour after the time the app had said it was ready by. Also I received regular sized chips instead of the large chips that I ordered (confirmed my mobile order). Will not be returning to this location unless y'all can make up for it somehow...

  This by far was the worst experience I have had at a chipotle which was highly unusual. Start with being ignored as a line formed and it’s the 4 staff that were walking looking annoyed that we were there. Secondly the cleanliness was horrible, no options of toppings like lettuce, queso, corn salsa, fresh beans etc, but that not being said until I waits 20 minutes for service. Very disappointing

  Thus is a new locations of a couple of months now. I was excited because it's closer to home. I have visited thus new locations for the 3rd time today and I was disappointed at how unclean the atmosphere was from the motley glass on the entrance door to the self serve juice bar and silver ware area. Also, the glass over the food line where the food is prepared was filthy too. Most of the food was almost empty and was cold, this food is supposed to be prepared warm. Highly disappointed as Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food Mexican food spot.
