- JLJohn Lowry2 days ago1.0Went in to grab chips and queso. Walked directly to register instead of waiting in a line of 6 people who hadn’t even started their orders yet. Cashier said I have to go wait in line of everyone ordering food when the chips are literally sitting behind him. For context, I go to this location multiple times a week for just a drink or chips and a drink. I always walk right to the register and never had an issue since I’m not ordering food through the line. I’m not causing people to wait longer in line since they’re not even to the register yet. Guy had a bad attitude and clearly has zero common sense when it comes to taking care of customers. Do better Chipotle! 🤦♂️

When I got there no chicken was done, I wanted to fat the honey chicken to see if I liked it. I waited more than 10 Min and so when the regular chicken got done I went on and didn’t order. Got the order can all the way back downtown Raleigh. When mom and I got to the family home I noticed my queso was not in the bag( I ordered an extra order of queso and chips. So I called gave mom something to eat-and went back to get my queso at the store. When I got there I told the young lady at the register what happened. I asked her if I could get an extra cup of queso. She flatfoot said No. I asked her why after I drive from downtown because yall forgot yo put it in the bag. Then o heard my name being called , the young lady that I spoke with on the phone. Yes it’s me she said give her a large cup of queso. Ok thank you even though I don’t think that was enough . ( I bought two ) ok I got back to the family house got myself a plate, how about the chips tasted like they had been out over night without being covered up. No Garner Chipotle ever again. Slow and not even mindful of people eating for chicken to be fixed. Still didn’t get to taste the honey chicken, oh and how about the chicken I got tasted very hot. ( did they get it mixed up with the regular chicken??? Ummm

That my food didn’t have any cross-contamination. I really appreciate this because it seems like he was very well trained on allergy procedures. I will be coming back to this location more frequently. Keep up the good work guys.
