  Fajitas were stale here as they looked wilted. We got sick the next day. We bought 3 dinner bowls; 2 chicken and one sofritas.

  What’s the lifetime value of a customer who wants to eat here 3-5 times a week every week? Whatever that is is about to be lost if I keep getting shortchanged with my portions. When you take a scoop of chicken, I don’t want you to shake out part of it as if that’s a full serving. I don’t want my bowl to be mostly rice with so few ingredients that it just tastes like flavored rice. Give me a FULL scoop of chicken, salsa, est. I will go out of my way to eat at another location that gives full portions if this keeps up.

  Be careful not to park in the Customer parking lot behind this store. They still sent me a $90 bill and I was there for only 25 min. The staff never asked to validate my license plate. I wont return to this location for this inconvenience.

  I went in and the young man that took my order was clearly new, and advised me as I was going thru the order was only 3 days in, great, he did a GREAT job, was professional and friendly. That's where the "good" experience ends. The "manager" or whoever seemed to be "in charge" was EXTREMELY rude. I understand things get busy, but she was very impatient, and had an attitude, and once I had paid she stood there looking at me saying "do you need something" which I did the rest of my order (which I had to pack myself) and the chips and drink that she rung me up for. If you can't handle a busy rush in a restaurant setting without being rude to everyone around you, maybe you don't need to be in such a "high pressure" position.

  I hate this Chipotle! Y'all have these young college kids working that don’t give a damn about nothing!! Every time I order it’s a problem. Never give barely any lettuce, chips are stale , Guacamole old and portions extremely small! You can’t call to speak with anyone to complain and it’s just very frustrating!!! I hate this location! If anyone reaches out about this I would like to be fully refunded!!!
