  I don’t know who made the food today, all I’m gonna say is, do it tomorrow too. Today I stopped at chipotle and I’m not trying to be funny but chipotle can be hit or miss. Today tho! My chicken burrito bowl was so good. It was so good had they forgotten the chicken, I wouldn’t have been mad and just accepted it as a veggie bowl. Everything is seasoned to perfection and married together! I am impressed. I didn’t even need the dressing for razzle dazzle. That is how good and fresh it is. Keep up the good work

  Sure wish Burlington NC location of Chipotle would take note from this location. Burlington always has ran out of something,line our the door. I say management is problem the and who they hire! Just a guess when you look around there!

  I’ve been to this chipotle several times because of the convenient location, but every time seems to be a huge miss. Today I ordered a steak burrito and the steak was at the very bottom of the bucket just all dried out and nasty looking. The employee looked me dead in the face and scooped every last stale piece of steak and put it on my burrito. The next employee then proceeded to put the biggest scoop of corn salsa on there that I’ve ever seen. My lunch was a chewy and wet mess. The dining room is always dirty and you can see the food prep area is as well. I’m usually not one to complain, but time and time again it’s a letdown coming here.

  Dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to in a while. Everything I touched was sticky. Looking at everything the best way I can desribe it is it’s as if someone used just one washcloth to wipe down the whole restaurant without using cleaner. I honestly wasn’t sure whether to be upset at the state of the restaurant or feel sad about the employees clearly not wanting to be there. If I decide to go back I will update this post with pictures. It was just very gross.

  I've dined here a number of times. When they get the order correct, this place is a delight. My last two visits had one situation where some items were omitted, and for the most recent visit the order included everything that was ordered plus an item I had not ordered. That's a bit disappointing, given this is one of my preferred Chipotle locations.
