  The employee's always have a crappy attitude no matter how nice you are to them! Half the time they cant even get the order right! my guacamole was slightly brown. i thought yall made it fresh daily. Do better! Save your money or go somewhere like Moe's!!

  This place is dirty and the food is disgusting. Look at the grill and the prep table before you order. The dining area has a ton of dead bugs and old food in the floor. Not to mention the flies. Good luck not getting diarrhea.

  Blasting hood music toward closing. And I’m not sure why they want to give u a half serving of meat and call it a full. The big guy in the back is rude! That’s on the grill. They shut everything down atleast a hour to 2 hours before closing and claim everything is out. It’s getting old with Chipotle. I won’t be back.

  HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN?!?!?! Genuinely the worst establishment I’ve ever stepped foot in, and I’ve been to some DIRTY places before. This place takes the cake by a mile. I ordered Chipotle for the first time in over a year and the second I walked in, the entire place felt off. There was only ONE customer inside already waiting for food, and somehow I still couldn’t find a single worker to help me. I’m standing there looking around like an idiot calling for staff while employees hide in the back acting like customers don’t exist. Eventually someone comes out, takes my name with the most miserable attitude imaginable, and says absolutely nothing else. Fine, whatever. Then while I’m waiting, TWO giant water bugs start casually crawling across the restaurant floor like they pay rent there. I literally gasped out loud because what the hell?!?! One worker notices, laughs, says “it’s just a water bug,” stomps on ONE of them, and then LEAVES THE DEAD BUG ON THE FLOOR LIKE THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM. At that point I asked if I could just cancel my order because the entire place looked disgusting and the workers clearly did not care. Instead of apologizing, they acted like I was being dramatic and then kicked me out for complaining. Every single employee there was rude beyond belief. No manners, no professionalism, no customer service whatsoever. I understand it’s not a five-star restaurant, but speaking to customers like actual human beings should be the bare minimum. Absolute disaster of a place. Filthy, disrespectful, and honestly felt like nobody working there cared about anything at all. I called 1-800 Chipotle and reported it—health inspectors should be coming out. It’s crazy they supposedly have a 9.5 health rating. Are those just participation trophies? Seriously, They compete with the worst restaurant’s in the United States,period.
