  I almost skipped this Chipotle because of the bad reviews, but honestly this turned out to be one of the best Chipotle locations I’ve visited. The portion sizes were huge, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food tasted fresh. Everything was prepared well and the service was quick. Definitely deserves more positive reviews than it gets.

  Afternoon staff around 12pm was extremely disrespectful and are not fit to run that store or any store at all. I was incorrectly charged over $10 extra for “extra chicken” and “extra steak” even though I repeatedly told the staff that I did not order extra portions. Instead of listening and resolving the issue professionally, the employee continuously went back and forth with the female manager, who responded with a very disrespectful and hostile attitude. I was ultimately charged around $27 for what should have been a regular meal. I could have understood being charged partially for steak if there was some misunderstanding, but adding multiple extra charges that I clearly did not request felt completely unfair and unreasonable. What disappointed me most was not just the overcharge, but the poor customer service and dismissive attitude from the management staff when I tried to explain the situation calmly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this Chipotle location on Edwards Mill Road.

  I really want this place to succeed, but the management at the counter needs serious attention. I’ve been here for lunch multiple times hoping they work out the kinks of being somewhat new, but I keep seeing the same issues. I have always come after the lunch rush, but still always have to wait for far too long, watching several employees working in the back, including a manager, with only a new employee working the food and cashier duties. Can no one spare 5 min to help with the line? It really doesn’t look good to the customer out front. Management needs some help with understanding how to triage or this place is not going to make it, unfortunately.

  Customer service and consistency are important, and the experience that was encountered today was very disappointing. Called to speak to someone because I was unaware of promotions and my coworker was unaware as well and paid for something that was already free. Manager rudely attempted to rush me off the phone stating that “it was very busy and if I could see it i would understand, so can you just ask the questions you have so I can answer them the way way I can”. Obviously is you are unable to handle rush hour while still being courteous to the customers that are coming in to keep you in a manager position then you don’t deserve to be a manager. Lead by example. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, I’ll drive further to a different location moving forward.

  0 Stars if i could. For one let’s just start at if you’re going to work somewhere when new promotions or deals come out you’re supposed to be knowledgeable about the deals and promotions and this was never about the money because who doesn’t like deals i visit chipotle a lot but do not have the app and never thought about having it, i went into this chipotle and saw a promotion for free chips and quac i stood in line and signed up while waiting when i got to the register someone who was new scanned my code multiple times and it did not work along with my chicken bowl i was purchasing a male worker with tattoos had an attitude because of the guy at the register needing help to where i just told him to get someone else then a lady manager came up that new nothing about the promotion and all of this held the line up which caused people behind me to want to pay for my chips and quac when money was never the issue but being realistic who doesn’t like deals and discounts. i say this to say employees should be better trained on how they respond to customers when not knowledgeable and as well know about the promotions and deals where they work and better customer service.
