- AWAndrew WilliamsJul 2, 20261.0This has happened multiple times at this location and has clearly become an ongoing issue. About an hour before closing, the staff begins the cleanup and shutdown process, and ingredients start running out without being refilled. The location is still technically open, but customers are left with limited options because the staff is already preparing to close. Most of the employees seem focused on cleaning and closing duties instead of serving customers, while usually only one person is actually preparing food and helping the line. I understand that cleanup has to begin at some point, but it should not interfere with the service customers receive during posted business hours. Management definitely needs to address this. Customers coming in an hour before closing should still be able to order from a properly stocked line and receive normal service.

Second time they completely messed up our mobile order. This latest time the meat was cold so we didn’t want to eat it as we were worried it had been sitting out for too long. Customer service refused to give us a refund. Please close this Chipotle and put in a Qdoba or some other restaurant!
- JOJennifer OleaJun 4, 20261.0I went there for lunch earlier today and witnessed the manager yelling at an employee multiple times. It happened at least three times before the employee finally stood up for herself and said that she should not be spoken to or treated that way. I found this extremely unprofessional, especially coming from someone in a management position. No employee deserves to be treated with disrespect in the workplace. A manager should create a respectful and supportive work environment, not one where employees feel belittled or uncomfortable. What I witnessed today was completely unacceptable. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
