- LELogan EAug 12, 20263.0I never leave reviews but I feel this is important enough to speak on, in hopes that someone takes it seriously. This used to be my favorite Chickfila in Raleigh… I’d even go out of my way to come to this location. The food is great, and still always is… But this new parking system is horrid. I have been asked repeatedly to park (in spaces that are too narrow for cars, and too blind to safely back out of) even if my order consisted of nothing more than a cup of water or a soda, and there was not another single car in line. Additionally, due to the employees being told to ask everyone to park, you now have employees unsafely dashing across from the window/door, to these spaces. The employees are juggling countless orders they need to quickly run over to waiting vehicles, and because of that, THEY DO NOT LOOK WHERE THEY ARE GOING AND FREQUENTLY DASH OUT IN FRONT OF CARS PULLING AROUND. Not only has it happened to me (the employee in question actually used profanity when speaking about me to another employee, despite the employee suddenly stepping in front of my already moving car), but I have also witnessed it countless times with other vehicles. It’s chaotic and someone is gonna get hurt, on top of it being a nuisance for customers when the store isn’t busy. I don’t enjoy coming here anymore. I’ve seen many reviews discuss this issue, yet it continues. I’m concerned and growing frustrated, as I don’t want to inadvertently hit a teenager who’s trying to do their job and is just doing what they’re told… although they do need to be told to look where they’re going. Hope this can be improved. Didn’t used to be an issue.

When I did go inside on another occasion, I had some concerns about sanitation and cleanliness, some management-looking employees were asking about my experience but it was coming off as really forced and aggressive. Please take a break sometime. Normal service staff were amazing as usual though, its the quality I come to expect from CFA.

My food is almost always soggy by the time I get it, and my drink is almost always not filled fully. Because of the location I have to use this location the most. However, recently I stopped by and there was an incredibly kind and charismatic newer worker named Sararose. She made me laugh when I was having a rough day which brightened my mood. She was by far the most attentive and efficient worker that has served me so far. Even when she looked like she was on the verge of passing out while taking drive through orders in 100 degree temperatures (INSANE THAT YA’LL MAKE THEM DO THAT!!!!) she still had a bright and chipper attitude. As someone who has blood pressure issues, I know if I was forced to work in those heat conditions I would pass out and have many health issues. Please care for your (mostly young/high school) employees and do not have them working in that heat.
