He then went to check the pickup orders and verified my order was complete, just sitting there the entire time. I asked the associate is it store policy to assist customers in line to pay before assisting take out pre-orders and he verified yes. That's ridiculous! Who wants cold food..

The chicken sandwiches are hot, fresh, and dependable, the waffle fries are dangerously addictive, and the sweet tea deserves its own fan club. The staff is always friendly, fast, and polite — honestly, they could teach a master class in customer service. You pull up hungry, and somehow you leave feeling like they just blessed your lunch and your whole afternoon. We truly appreciate Chick-fil-A for always providing excellent food, clean facilities, and outstanding service.
