- KWkay welch2 days ago1.0Chic fila is known for their great service and positive attitude. Well, this particular evening did not show that. The young lady acted as if it was the end of the world. No smile, no greeting. Nothing. I was actually picking up a delivery and she kept asking if I was dining in. Leadership may want to boost rhe morale or change some things.

My order was wrong& although I was going to accept cold bun the questions I was asked like " so u ate the sandwich ( which I didn't. It was given to cashier) manager was going to try& give me$8 because she assumed I ate chips& drank the soda. First of all Never Assume, secondly although chips& drink were on the table because it took them 15 minutes & still hadn't corrected my order why worry about that. Your first concern with all ya'll polite attitudes should have been we are sorry how can we correct this. I would have taken a fresh sandwich But these Einstein people couldn't read the room. Don't question me about sime freaking chips when I ordered a whole meal. If one thing is wrong & a refund is being requested...do that ok. Chick* fil* A first time I was met with rudeness& unnecessary conversation. And $14 ain't cheap..get it together
