  I ate at cava today and it was a great experience managers brook and China were awesome and the grill cook was nice as well food looked GREAT and tasted even better thanks cava

  I have never been to Copper before because I’m out of town and they don’t have it where I live. Lali was so kind and walked me through everything in detail and had so much patience. Nathan was my cashier and due to trying it for the first time and having the freedom to comp one meal per day, he gave it to me. I was so tickled! Great customer service goes such a long way.

  I love CAVA but this location is arguably the WORST location in the area. Don’t bother ordering your food for delivery (whether via DoorDash or directly through the CAVA App). Consistently missing items, wrong orders, no silverware or sauces, etc. It’s not even worth it. After months of avoiding this location due to constant disappointment. I decided to try ordering delivery via the app one more time for my lunch because I didn’t have time to go to the location off Wake Forest Rd and I wanted to make sure I got points for my order …..WORST mistake. My bowl arrived with no sauce, no side pita, and several wrong ingredients. This is unacceptable & there is no recourse for order mistakes in the CAVA App. I can understand an occasional mistake, but this CAVA consistently drops the ball, and truthfully the few times I have went to this location in person haven’t been much better. I will continue to support other locations when I can & when I need delivery I’ll just choose to eat something else other than CAVA. Do better!

  My first visit to CAVA was nothing short of exceptional. Nathan, the associate who assisted me, delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain ingredients I wasn’t familiar with and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my preferences. As someone who can be a bit indecisive when it comes to food, I appreciated his patience—especially as I tried to narrow down my sauce choices! He also kindly informed me at checkout that two sauces are included with each bowl, which was both helpful and appreciated. I ordered the falafel bowl, and it exceeded my expectations—fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. While Mezah in Charlotte still holds my top spot, CAVA is a very close contender. And I can’t forget the drinks! Unable to choose just one, I mixed several fruit options together—and the result was surprisingly delicious. A unique and refreshing treat. Thank you, Nathan, and the entire team for providing such a welcoming and memorable experience. I look forward to returning soon! 4/28/26 Came back!!!! TA was the staff member to service me today. She was equally as amazing. She recommended the garlic pita and it was DELICIOUS!!!! I love this location!!!! Yummy!
