  Food is delicious, however the team lead Yemet (i believe that is her name) was very rude tonight. Barely put any toppings on my bowl and was just very inpatient. I have gotten food here before, and the service is great. Would not recommend at this time of night with this team.

  Please have the cashier to change her gloves after touching money then the food. This is the dirtiest cava I have seen in Raleigh.

  CAVA has seriously gone downhill. I ordered through Uber Eats at 6:23 PM on 9/22/26, and I genuinely cannot understand how anyone preparing this bowl looked at this avocado and thought it was acceptable to serve. It was completely brown and looked rotten. Who is checking food quality or training the staff? On top of that, my pita chips and side of harissa were both missing from the order. Over $20 for a bowl with avocado in this condition AND missing items is honestly unacceptable. Maybe because it was a delivery order they assumed the quality wouldn’t get back to them, but this was unacceptable. Photos attached.

  The food is expensive and top of that they Serve you uncooked rice and dry steak and expect to pay + $24 . Customer service was horrible not to much attention to the customer they always in a rush

  Tried the Falafel Crunch on a veggie day, and the experience was fantastic. I was asked to wait just over six minutes for freshly roasted veggies and the staff member at the desk was so courteous that she didn't charge me for them even when I insisted. It's not about getting free food but rather the incredible attitude and customer service. The meal was fresh and delicious, too. I will definitely be recommending this place!
