  Ordered online for the first time, an when I went inside to get my food they had gave it to someone else and most likely thought I was trying to get something for free, had attitude saying it’s probably at another location when I show my receipt saying this location. I also don’t give a crap how early it is. Get it together..

  I had an excellent experience at CAVA, and Teresa made it truly exceptional. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every customer felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her positive attitude and dedication to outstanding service made a lasting impression.

  The server was kind of rushing me along. I'm not sure why because there wasnt a line and the place was just about empty. They dont close until 10p and i was there around 8p. But other than that the food is good. I wasnt sure how much of what you could get and if it was an extra charge for toppings or the humus. I enjoyed the lamb.

  Ms.Teresa made my experience at CAVA exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and treated everyone with so much patience and respect. It’s rare to find customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, but Teresa truly did. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my visit even better. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her on the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I’ll definitely be back because of the wonderful experience she provided! She made my day!!!

  I always have such a great experience at CAVA, and Teresa is a huge reason why! She is always so kind, welcoming, and has the biggest smile on her face. You can tell she genuinely cares about every customer. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is always inviting. One of my favorite things is that the team remembers their customers by name!! It makes every visit feel so personal. I genuinely look forward to coming here every time. Teresa and the entire staff make this location exceptional. Highly recommend!
