Where to begin. Carrabba’s is my family’s go-to restaurant. As soon as someone floats around the idea of eating out, we already know where we’re going to end up. I don’t even need to mention how delicious and filling the food is. The staff is what really makes the experience. On our last visit our waiter, Rhett, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The only thing better than his A+ service was his friendly conversation. He ensured my cup never ranbith empty. I swear every staff member in that place stopped at our table to check on us and thank us for coming. When really we should be the ones thanking them for their commitment to excellent customer service.
It’s not every day you go to a restaurant and actually feel like you matter. I mean, the place was packed but it felt like we were the only ones there.
If you’re ever lucky enough to dine at this Carrabbas, be sure to ask for Rhett.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Rhett! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us at just the right times, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our meal.
Rhett’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish.
It’s hard to find service this exceptional, and Rhett absolutely deserves the recognition. If you have the chance to be served by him, you’re in for a great experience! We’ll definitely be back.

It was my first time coming In today at this location and I couldn't have been more blown away. Down from the minute we arrived the host was nothing but welcoming and explained Toni’s everything a newbie should know. Then we were met with our amazing server Rhett who was nothing but accommodating and amazing as our server. It is telling he is extremely passionate about his job which only made our experience a thousand times better. He recommended so many delicious options and gave us a truly amazing experience. He even shared how a lot of their food items is house made which truly shocked me but yet made the experience better. Me and my daughter initially were gonna have breakfast but made out too late to end up here and I couldn’t be happier. We literally had a 4 course meal which truly wasn’t intended but something that we just couldn’t pass up going with how divine the food truly was. Thank you so much Carrabba’s on capital and thank you so much to Rhett and the entire team here for making this lunch a magically tasteful experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with curbside pickup at Carrabba’s on Capital Boulevard.
I received a text that my order was ready, arrived around 2 p.m., checked in for my curbside spot, and waited over 10 minutes with no one bringing out my food. The restaurant didn’t appear busy, so I finally went inside to see what was going on.
The host who initially helped me was polite and professional. However, after he informed staff about my curbside order, I overheard employees say that my food was already ready. Yet no one brought it out to me, and no one communicated that directly.
Another server approached and asked if I needed help. When I explained that I had been waiting over 10 minutes for my curbside order, she responded with a dismissive attitude and repeatedly stated that she had nothing to do with it because she was “just a server.” The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational when I was simply trying to find out where my order was.
I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that no manager was on duty and that Bryan would be there the next day. When I got home, my food was cold.
This is not the first time I’ve received cold food after delays with curbside pickup. The only positive part of this experience was the host who initially tried to help. Otherwise, the customer service was poor, communication was lacking, and the curbside process clearly needs improvement.
I have requested a full refund, including my tip, because the service provided did not justify it.
