  Had my birthday lunch here with family and the service was great. Maddie made sure to answer all of our questions and made sure to check herself when drink refills didn't come out that they got pull brought out. The only issue had to do with the atmosphere - the music was louder than I would have liked especially considering we were very close to a speaker.

  We ate on a Friday night and there weren’t many customers. Our server was excellent, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is a fairly normal carrabas but…the thing I look at to tell me the condition od the restaurant is the bathroom. Owner, you should be ashamed of how your bathrooms look. You are doing a great disservice to your employees by having such a filthy bathroom. If the bathroom isn’t clean, with such small space, the kitchen is probably the same. Stop letting your restaurant run down, take a little pride in what you own.

  We came in for the loveliest of Mother’s day lunchs. Service was exceptional, Jordan took such good care of us. The food, as always, was fresh and warm and so so good we took some extra home for tomorrow. The wine was also divine and the dessert truly brought the whole experience together. Everything came out in a timely manner and I highly recommend this location.

  We had a great dinner at CARRABA’s located on Capital BLVD Raleigh, NC. I had the lobster ravioli and a house salad with their homemade creamy dressing. Delicious their fresh bread with oil and herbs to dip. The bread in was divine. My son had the Carrabba‘s Italian trio. With a Caesar salad with real Caesar dressing made in house.! Jessica M was our server and did an excellent job. It appears that there are 2 Jessica M’s and I’m not sure which Jessica M was working this evening.But she was friendly, helpful with suggestions! Pleasant experience and highly recommend!

  I’ve been a regular customer here for years and have always had great experiences with the staff. However, I was disappointed during my last visit regarding a rewards issue. I had a $10 credit and gave the server my phone number to apply it. He returned saying he wasn't sure about my handwriting (confusing 4s for 9s), charged me the full amount, and assured me the reward would still be there. Instead, I was charged the full price and only received a future $5 credit. After years of no issues, this was a frustrating experience
