- LLLawson Lee3 days ago3.0it’s extremely frustrating the amount of times i have ordered through the app and gotten home with my order and they use american cheese when i request cheddar. i don’t eat american cheese! and its all melted on the bagel so i cant take it off. it ruins the whole thing. if you’re out of cheddar don’t substitute it with a completely different cheese!

I attempt to cancel and get told I need to cancel through the app. You cannot cancel through app once its confirmed. My order was received and confirmed by 8:30am. If you place an online order there is a good chance you won't receive it and if the GM isn't there you will have to wait for the refund. I cannot rate the food, I never got it.
