Got back to my workplace open up my rapper I had one half toasted bagel one slice of ham one slice of cold cheese I will never go back to that place again ever ever again everybody had a looking down at the floor attitude

Despite multiple staff members being present, no one acknowledged or greeted us. We stood at the counter for a few moments, expecting someone to take our order. Instead, one employee removed their gloves, walked right past us without saying a word, and never acknowledged our presence. We ended up leaving without ordering. I can understand why this place has such low ratings. Do better.

I paid for my bagel and drove away. I got a few bites into my bagel and tasted salt as I crunched down on a broken piece of bacon. As a vegetarian of several years, this was extremely distressing and caused me to get sick. I'm sure a piece of bacon had just fallen off into the cream cheese when making a previous customer's order, but that is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back about a refund. Will not be visiting again.
