- TWTee WmsJun 1, 20261.0I stopped by here to get breakfast this morning. Once I ordered at the register cashier asked do you want your bagel toasted. I said yes, I was disappointed because once I got home the 2 bagels was burnt and on my last visit I received burnt bagels also. Another thing is our bagels weren't fresh. I could tell the difference from when you have a fresh bagel with are without being toasted the bagel has a little crunch and it doesn't taste like rubber. I come here a lot and my last few visits I BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED.I will give this particular location a break if a manager sees this talk with your staff on how to not burn the bagels' and don't give out bagels that are not fresh.

I now have to check and when I bring it to their attention their solution is to put it on the side. I think the solution would be have it remade properly. I love the sandwich but not sure if I’ll come back. Sometimes the staff is great about and other times they are very rude about it.

I asked this morning for both bagels to be toasted and got home neither bagel was toasted. I think if the young ladies making the orders stop playing around joking and shoving each other laughing, they can get the orders right.
