- WSWafa SyedJul 18, 20261.0I ordered 3 iced coffees. One was warm and the other two were room temperature. When we first mentioned that the coffees didn’t seem right, we were told that’s what we ordered. Only after we went back again did they admit they had run out of ice. My iced caramel coffee with cream was also bitter and had no caramel in it. When I pointed that out, they said they were out of ice. I explained my issue wasn’t the temperature. It was that there was no caramel. I was then asked if I had added cream, which had nothing to do with the missing caramel. The only options offered were hot coffee or bottled drinks. I don’t drink hot coffee, and I didn’t want a bottled drink. I just wanted the iced caramel coffee I paid for. No refund was offered. All three coffees were bad, and they weren’t cheap. If they were out of ice, they should have told us before making the drinks instead of serving warm iced coffees.

- TWTee WmsJun 1, 20261.0I stopped by here to get breakfast this morning. Once I ordered at the register cashier asked do you want your bagel toasted. I said yes, I was disappointed because once I got home the 2 bagels was burnt and on my last visit I received burnt bagels also. Another thing is our bagels weren't fresh. I could tell the difference from when you have a fresh bagel with are without being toasted the bagel has a little crunch and it doesn't taste like rubber. I come here a lot and my last few visits I BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED.I will give this particular location a break if a manager sees this talk with your staff on how to not burn the bagels' and don't give out bagels that are not fresh.
