  The owner needs to teach her manager that the best thing you can have in business is a repeat customer. Said manager just pissed away 5 years of recurring revenue trying to charge for a cup of ice (when no one, not even the owner does that). Moreover, it seems like the quality has dropped off considerably the last few years. Pretty sure they’re no longer a licensed franchise and are now selling day old bagels as fresh. I’ve kept going here because it’s convenient and usually not too busy (shocker), but if the manager is gonna be adversarial towards a known repeat customer so he can charge 75¢ for a 5¢ cup of ice (especially when he’s already making 200% profit off the soda I just bought), they can pound sand. It’s a shame. Owner seems like a nice lady and I know margins are tight, but charging for ice is not the way to make it up. That’s just stupid.

  Cream cheese tasted spoiled. Bagels tasted like they were day old. No fountain drinks and charge $1.07 for a refill of iced tea.

  Bagels are a good option. Nevertheless, small amount of options for coffee and really poor service(cashier).

  I'm so glad people are starting to speak up about the low quality service of this brueggers. I've lived in WF 15 years and watched the decline every month since management changed. Brueggers was my first job so it's sad to think that what I used to call home I rarely walk into. It's still the food from the truck so I'll always give it 4 stars but what used to be every day is like 3 times a quarter now. Also brueggers was a go to for all nighters and it looks I have to drive across town for a bagel this morning, sad.

  I must say, the customer service here at the Wakefield Commons location is amazing. Carter, one of the employees goes above and beyond to be professional, courteous, helpful and always “service with a smile “. Another young gentleman, the Baker does an amazing job too. It is rather refreshing to feel that these employees raise the standards of ensuring that customers are highly valued and also displaying their hard work and dedication in representing their Business in such a special way. A “big thank you “ to Carter and his teammates!
