  My favorite Bruegger's Bagels location. Love the Owner and her staff at this location in Wakefield. It's so nice to be able to call them ahead to order my favorite bagels freshly baked & pick them up 15-20 minutes later while welcoming staff hands them to me right out of the oven. I can't even imagine going to any other location. Highly recommend to all.

  I go to this breuggers because it is the only bagel place and it's right up the street from me, I cannot take it any longer. They consistently make my bagel sandwiches wrong. I ordered a ham egg and cheese, clearly on the site it says it's made with Swiss cheese. Like that's what it says on the website, it's called a ham egg and cheese. The lady made it wrong and put smerican cheese on it. They don't know their own sandwiches? Like it's so frustrating and this isn't the first time this happened. Almost every time I go there it's not made correctly. I wasn't going to make a review but I've just had it at this point. I could see if she asked what kind of cheese but she didn't evenask, just assumed. Why do you not know your menu and how they are supposed to be made?

  Did a delivery order from Door Dash and they left out a bagel. Tried for over an hour to contact the store by phone and no answer. How does a business just not answer the phone?!?!?!? This location is not that busy. It's a shame that every time I go in person I have to ask them to wipe the knife off that covered in whatever the previous bagel was. Some training would go a long way. No one is ever pleasant with the exception of a couple of the school kids that work there. The manager seems miserable and has ZERO customer service skills.

  The young girl who works weekday mornings who is short with black hair in pigtail braids has consistently been extremely rude and does not have good customer service. Edit: The exact same rude and condescending customer service as before from the same person! Be careful about leaving a review here because they will figure out who you are and bring it up to you if you ever come back!
