- MRMarty R6 days ago5.0These new bagel shops don’t make bagel sandwiches. Nowadays you buy and you spread the cheese yourself. On the go? You go to Brueggers and order a bagel with cream cheese and that’s what you get, nicely done. And they still makes egg sandwiches. Loved this place in NY. Glad it’s here too.

- BSBill StokelyMay 2, 20261.0The owner needs to teach her manager that the best thing you can have in business is a repeat customer. Said manager just pissed away 5 years of recurring revenue trying to charge for a cup of ice (when no one, not even the owner does that). Moreover, it seems like the quality has dropped off considerably the last few years. Pretty sure they’re no longer a licensed franchise and are now selling day old bagels as fresh. I’ve kept going here because it’s convenient and usually not too busy (shocker), but if the manager is gonna be adversarial towards a known repeat customer so he can charge 75¢ for a 5¢ cup of ice (especially when he’s already making 200% profit off the soda I just bought), they can pound sand. It’s a shame. Owner seems like a nice lady and I know margins are tight, but charging for ice is not the way to make it up. That’s just stupid.
