  we went to bonefish for my birthday and I have to say it wAs the best fish I’ve had in my life. I’ve been to Seattle. I’ve been to Alaska. I’ve been to Hawaii. I’ve been to many many fish houses some of the best in the world. But the way Bonefish made a simple piece of Chilean Seabass. It was the top of the top. It was grilled to perfection. We renamed the steak the Porter House of the sea. The fat was crunchy and grilled charred even a little and the meat itself still had a good layer of fat inside of it so it was like when you bite in a steak, a well marbled steak. Anyways, best Chelan best we’ve ever had and best piece of fish. I’ve had hands-down ever in my life. The service here was great, the food was incredible. We had three different entrées and had one as an appetizer. It was nice that they didn’t use vinegar in all of their sauces. They made sauces that were sweet and nice but well flavored and had flavor without using vinegar. It was definitely a surprise to us bc we do eat a lot of seafood and have had some of the worst ever in Raleigh and coastal towns near here. . It made my birthday very nice when they included a piece of mango crème brûlée, and offered it to go for us because we were stuffed. Would definitely go here again.

  Everything was absolutely incredible! I took my wife out on a date night and we were seated immediately at a high top by the bar. Service was impeccable. Food spectacular. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer, I had the Imperial Cod and my wife the Bourbon Glazed Salmon. 10/10 no complaints. Very pleased with our experience!

  On 8/15 around 6:00 PM, I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this restaurant. The employee who greeted customers, checked them in, and assigned tables was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. When I arrived, he looked me up and down in a way that made me feel judged and uncomfortable. Just 10 minutes before arriving, I had called the restaurant specifically to ask if I needed a reservation, and I was told that I did not and that I could come in. However, when I got there, this employee acted as though he did not want to let me in or give me a table and seemed to want me to leave. I explained that I had just called and was told I could come in. I had to insist on being seated, and then somehow a table became available for me. I come to this restaurant often and have never experienced anything like this before. Based on the way I was looked at and treated, I genuinely felt that I was being discriminated against because of my race. If I hadn’t been hungry, I would have left and gone somewhere else. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the employee’s behavior because no customer should have to feel this way when simply trying to come in and have a meal.

  If you're in Raleigh, Bonefish Grill at North Hills is always a win. The Bang Bang Shrimp is an absolute staple—100/10 every single time. The shrimp is perfectly crispy, and paired with that signature sauce, it's hands down one of my favorite appetizers. They never miss. The char-grilled oysters? Absolutely divine. They were so good, I had to go back twice in one day because I couldn't get enough. The ambiance is just as impressive as the food. We sat on the patio while it rained, and it was the perfect, relaxing atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a beautiful bar, a quiet dining room with white linens, and an upscale yet intimate setting that's perfect for date night or a nice evening out. Highly recommend adding Bonefish Grill at North Hills to your must-try list. You won't be disappointed.
