  Called in a large order the day before and they had it ready on time. Young lady behind the counter even helped me carry it outside to put it in the car

  This Bojangles is very sorry the chicken is often cold and old the biscuits are hard the fries are almost always cold and rewarmed if you ask for fresh food you wait for a long time and still don't get the fresh food you waited for I'm not going back there anymore I don't advise anyone to eat from thereAnd I'm going to make sure that everyone know about the shabby service there who wants to eat cold food and greasy food that's been left out over the holding time and I'm going to contact the health department about the food

  Drive through attendant was not capable of entering the order correctly. Had to repeat it or start over multiple times

  After deciding what me and my daughter would eat for dinner we chose Bojangles. I would not think I would leave Bojangles Store #435 smiling from ear to ear. Because of Ms. Darlene I received great service at the window after placing my order in the drive thru line. Ms. Darlene had preeminent customer service skills and made sure I had my order correct. This was one of my best experiences at Bojangles since a long time in years. She should receive employee of the month! Appreciation goes a long way! Thank you Ms. Darlene I greatly appreciate you!
