  I see what Arby’s and BK is doing now. Both of you gave up on playing with McD. The staff seem to be good people but BK and Arby’s have to stop these side bets on trying to be the absolute slowest location in the 919. You are getting so bad people will start calling EMS on each other because someone fell asleep in their car waiting on their food. It took 20 minutes with one car in front of me for 2 sliders “which are smaller than a sticky note now”.

  Terrible customer service. I was trying to ask questions to the drive-through people and they were acting like the questions I had were not valid. I was asking for confirmation on the stuff I had ordered to make sure that they got my order correct and they had a bunch of attitude. I understand that fast food restaurants don’t mean you’re going to get a five star customer service but at least you can not give someone attitude for asking a simple question.

  Never open in the evening. Lights are on and cars are in the lot. I go to drive thru n was greeted by an employee and begin to place order and she proceeds to say ma'am we are closed right now! What in the world! They are closed often or one employee is working! Just close already!

  Yet another restaurant that doesn’t believe in training! Person at register had zero clue what she was doing. Tried the new angus cheesesteak sandwich, nothing like cheese out of a can! 🤮 Save your $$
