    Stop telling people this is a Jamocha shake when it's clearly vanilla and taste like it little bit of training would help when engaging these situations with customers to help the Arbys service program

    Worse Arby's i have been to. I used the drive thru and was given the wrong frys. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order. Did not even put napkins in the bag

    The food was cold well fries were hot but cheese steak was cold didn’t take long to get but I understand why but the cashier was sweet!
