The food is always overcooked and almost burnt when I go for breakfast, & unfresh and INCORRECT when I have tried it for lunch/dinner. 10 Bo Rounds and every single one of them hard as a rock to match my almost black cajun filet biscuit. My 3 year old didn't even want them. I worked at the Clayton location what seems like a lifetime ago and let me tell ya, if we were sending food out the window to customers like this, Mrs. Irlib would have fired all of us 😂 get it together Princeton!

This location consistently fails to properly read and complete orders, and then when you notice something is missing or incorrect, you’re rushed. The convenience of the drive-thru means nothing if customers have to park, come inside, and correct mistakes that could have been avoided by simply reading the order. If I wanted to come inside, I would not have gone through the drive-thru in the first place. And to the manager who was present at 9:17 AM today: leadership and customer service skills matter, especially when speaking to a customer who has already been inconvenienced. Being dismissive or irritated does not correct the problem, it only makes the experience worse. Accuracy over speed. Customer service over drive-thru numbers. Please do better. Thank you.

I waited until 4:05 to say something and they needed two more minutes. Finally got my order at 4:10 only to get home and my wings were not fully cooked!!! 😒 i have 3 young boys and could not go back to return because i just had no faith in them giving me a better order so i am just in the process of finishing the cooking process 😕
