  Very good meal. And kayla was super attentive to us. We had not been to a pizza hut in some time. She walked us through the deals and helped us decide. We will be back here. And recommend it to others.

  The food… well, it’s Pizza Hut. It’s not great, but it isn’t bad. The service… terrible. I called previously to ask a question and heard the employee quite literally say “ugh what do these people want” As soon as I walked in the door, an employee who was just sitting in the lobby on her phone “greeted” me with a nasty attitude. Multiple customers walked in and got the same nasty attitude not just from one employee, but all of them. People just walked past them in their cell phones straight up ignoring everyone. There was only one employee who seemed to care, I never got her name but she was the Latina girl. Every other employee just seemed to not care at all about working there. If it’s that bad, quit. If not, suck it up and at least pretend to care.

  I’ve seen several reviews for the same location of online orders, taking an enormous amount of time to be ready Or being acknowledged that you’re having to wait way past pick up time. 40 min later A rude staff member brought the order out no apology and walked away as I was I’m trying to ask About the wait time. Do yourselves a favor go up the street to the Little Caesars the new one they just opened in Plymouth North Carolina. They’re Welcoming and not rude!!

  Tried to order off the app kept getting error the lady informed it's because they don't do the large pizza 3 topping $11.99 discount no more she told us about the large 5 toppings. So we Ordered a large 5 topping pizza 4 drink and 16 wings, they delivered the food I asked the lady for Ranch for the wings she had her ear buds in and either didn't hear me or ignored me. My daughter walked up asked they said .52 center I asked didn't it come with that many wings she said no. I Ordered 4 drinks before while my daughter was trying to get the app to work. After we Ordered the food she asked for the cups the lady said she had already gave them to me. They had no un sweet tea and me being a diabetic can not have soda or the molasses sweer tea so I drank there water that I had to pay for.

  Ordered a melt & as often as I order thm today 5/1/26 it was hard as a brick & dry. Clearly it was overcooked. Im very disappointed. If I didn't stay so farr out I would hve wnt back
