There has been multiple times I’ve come in and there has been her up front cleaning and making sure everything is in order. She was sweet and polite, very quick to receive my order as well.

I often order in the afternoon and she is there alone, always working hard and efficient. - ABAnna BlairOct 5, 20261.0I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately my experiences with Mackenzie have reached the point where I feel like it needs to be addressed. On multiple visits, I have not been greeted, acknowledged, or made to feel welcome when she is working. Most recently, I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up only to find that my drinks were not ready. Mackenzie was standing behind the counter on her phone and, once again, didn’t even look up or acknowledge that I had walked in. No “hello,” no “we’ll have your order ready shortly,” nothing. Apparently the phone was more deserving of her attention than the customer standing at the counter waiting for an order. We’ve also made trips to this location for coffee only to find the lobby already closed nearly an hour before the posted closing time, which adds to the frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is that we have had EXCELLENT experiences with Nina and Jose. They are friendly, welcoming, and provide the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. Unfortunately, Mackenzie has the exact opposite effect. When I see that she is working, I genuinely reconsider spending my money at this location. Management really needs to address the consistency of the customer service here. Customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience simply for walking through the door — especially when they’ve already placed and paid for an order.

I usually get mobile orders and they are always ready when I get there! I was there today during a rush and noticed how efficiently it was being handled by the staff. In particular Aleesha was doing a great job making sure that orders were being completed in a timely manner and also troubleshooting if any items were still in progress for certain orders not at the window. I was at the window and could see how well Aleesha handled the rush. I highly recommend this Dunkin!!
