I went in 1 evening to get dinner for me and 2 others. Even tho It was busy, all of the kiosks were available to use. I ordered and payed within minutes of my arrival. The process was quick, simple, and easy. The wait was a little longer than normal, but I didn't complain and waited patiently. When it was ready, the amazing lady behind the counter looked at me and, with a sweet smile on her face, called my name. As I walked up, she apologized for the wait and said she'd upgraded 1 of my sides. I said it wasn't a problem and understood they were busy, have a good night and headed out the door! As I get home and start walking up my driveway, the bag suddenly rips open and everything hits the ground. I pick up what food is left, put it back in the ripped bag, and go back to Taco Bell. As I walk in, the sweet lady behind the counter recognizes me, immediately walks up to me, and engages with me about what happened. Without hesitation, she took the sticker off my bag, with my order details, to a team member who was working the line. She asked her to, please, remake my whole order at no cost to me! Thanks to her compassion and understanding that night, my family and I got to enjoy a tasty meal from 1 of our favorite fast food restaurants. She is proof that there is still good people out here in the world who want to work and will go above and beyond to please their customers and make their experience one to remember!
