  Ordered on line at 4:50. Order to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived roughly 25 minutes after placing order. Counter person wasn't at counter. Appeared a couple of minutes later and told me my order was next out of the oven. My order was finally ready between 6:45 and 6:50. Meanwhile at least 12 to 15 pies came out. The counter person spent 98% of the time I was waiting somewhere in the back yukking it up on the phone or with other employees. By the time I left, there were 7 or 8 employees there and only 2 were actually working. I was completely disgusted. The counter person did appear as I was leaving with her nonchalant attitude. No wonder Yum is selling Pizza Hut.

  Food was delivered ordered a bundle box received a bowl of soup with chicken bites! The pizza was not what I expected overcooked and expected a Sicilian style in a bundle how Pizza Hut always served. Contacted uber issued me a 2.00 refund for my dinner that was barely touched. Never again I’ll order in person to check the quality of my food.

  I went in and got my pizza and cheese bread. I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with EXTRA PINEAPPLE, and something told me to check the pizza before I walked out...so I did and there was barely any pineapple on the pizza so I tell the girl upfront that I ordered extra pineapple on this pizza and she goes "oh I didn’t make the pizza" and she goes and gets this other woman from the back, and that woman proceeds to tell me that, that is extra pineapple on my pizza when there was barely any pineapple at all on the pizza. I would hate to know what it looked like if I wouldn’t have ordered extra pineapple on it, there would be like one or two pieces of pineapple per slice of pizza. She didn’t offer to add any pineapple to my pizza or anything. I definitely will not be back to this location only because of the lack of customer service skills
