  Usually I love coming here and always have a great experience. However, today on Father’s Day I went to send money to my father and had a terrible experience. The woman on customer service was so rude and I had to initiate all the service due to her apathy. She would also just stare at me and actively ignore me; and at one moment, she was giving a customer behind me her lottery ticket WHILE “helping” me. Just blatant bad service. At the end of the service, she switched with another employee and they helped me finalize my transaction. That employee was very nice and helpful, like always… sad to have experienced this today.

  It was good until it wasn't. Ordered from their website. Delivery driver called and said he wouldn't deliver it to the 3rd floor. I've had dozens of larger orders delivered. I told him I would carry it to the 3rd floor and he agreed, then he cancelled. Store has no control, and even though they deliver on sunday I can't get support on sunday. If Foodlion doesn't have control of a service that they put their name on then I will not use them for online orders again. They couldn't even tell me if I would get a refund. Horrible.

  Why does the store close 10 minutes before posted time on both doors?? Employee on duty told us to turn around and proceeded to lock door on our face as well as other customers

  The store is always well stocked and so clean , the employees go above and beyond to make sure your customer experience is indescribable . The bathrooms are so clean you could let your baby crawl around on the floor while you do what nature intended . This food lion needs to be the head quarters of grocery stores
