  Typical D&B, the food was good but we have had better at D&B before, the fries didn't taste the same as other locations that we visited recently. Oddly enough we went just for the food and not to play any games.

  Our visit to Dave & Buster’s unfortunately didn’t start off on the best foot due to some miscommunication among the staff. However, what could have easily turned into a disappointing experience was completely turned around thanks to an incredible manager named Sarah! From the moment i spoke with her, Sarah went above and beyond to make things right….not only listened to our concerns and immediately addressed the issues, but also took the time to communicate with and retrain her staff to ensure everyone was on the same page and that the same mistakes wouldn’t happen again. What impressed us all the most was that she didn’t simply fix the problem and walk away. She continued to check on us throughout our visit, making sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was running smoothly. As someone who understands the importance of great customer service, I can honestly say that Sarah is exactly the kind of manager every establishment should strive to have. Her professionalism, accountability, leadership, and genuine care for her guests did not go unnoticed. We will absolutely be returning, and Sarah is the reason why! She took what started as a negative experience and turned it into one that left us feeling valued and eager to come back. Dave & Buster’s is incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you, Sarah, for going above and beyond! ❤️

  I frequently visit Dave & Buster’s in Pineville, Charlotte, because my 10-year-old loves it there! One of the biggest reasons I enjoy coming back is the outstanding service I receive from Douglas. Douglas is always kind, attentive, and helpful. He makes sure togo food is served promptly, assists me with promotions, and even helps me get in touch with a manager when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience. He is honestly one of the nicest and most helpful people at the bar. When Douglas isn’t there, I’m often hesitant to place an order because the other staff members can be so busy that I sometimes feel overlooked. Douglas, on the other hand, always makes me feel acknowledged and taken care of. Employees like Douglas make a real difference in the customer experience. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness are the reasons I continue to return. I hope management recognizes and appreciates what a valuable team member he is. He deserves to be acknowledged for the excellent service he consistently provides! Thank you, Douglas, for always making our visits enjoyable!

  Mimi was absolutely wonderful!! She is engaging, pleasant and makes a wonderful drink! We ordered a few different drinks and not only did she make them delicious but was quick and friendly. Highly recommend you come see her! @daveandbusterspineville you are lucky to have her!

  Where do so begin ! With pineville Dave and Busters ! I recently went into D&B with a party of 20 and was very sceptocal at first given it was my first time going and with a group that big I was expecting the worst honestly! However the manager on duty Terrance made the experience AMAZING !! He was very accommodating professional and courteous and anything we asked of him he was able to answer or do for us ! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience being it was my first time. Food came out with ease and even though they were busy and Terrance made sure to come check on our group to see if we needed anything in between time. 10/10. Thanks Terrance and thanks D&B of pineville ! Phenomenal throughout !
