- TKTanmayee KothariJul 29, 20261.0Absolutely disappointing experience here back to back! Had come in to get a bagel sandwich and i got the completely wrong sandwich and the whole order. When I spoke to the person there, I was accused of lying inspite of showing the sandwich. The second time I went there again to give another chance, ordered a Leonardo sandwich only to get something wholly different and unfortunately only learnt this after I had left the store so was not able to get it rectified. I still checked with the person to ensure the right order was given to me and I was assured that it was what I had ordered. The person also completely forgot to give the bagel and cream cheese I had ordered as well and had to be reminded. The staff really really needs better training here to ensure they prepare the CORRECT ORDERS because we as customers pay a very high amount for a sandwich only to be given something that is less in value and inaccurate. Absolutely horrible and would not recommend going here until the staff is trained better with the menu!
