- LFLou Fabian3 days ago1.0I used to be a big Brueggers fan… no more… this morning I walked in and ordered three bagels to go (with nothing on them) and I got a tub of cream cheese from the case… the person at the register was unfriendly and rang it in wrong, I had to correct her… then, to pay, there was a required tip (no option to leave no tip or customize an amount) … got home, sliced open a bagel, it was almost hollow inside… I won’t be back

These days it's getting hard to find any fast casual restaurants that don't feel like a rip off, and in so many of them the employees seem miserable to be working there (not that you can blame a lot of them). This location is so consistently great that we drive there from over 30 minutes away, passing over 200 other fast casual options on the way. Worth it.
