  I love this Food Lion in Pilot Mountain and the remodel they’ve done. Everything was easy to find and prices were a smidge on the up side of a bit expensive but really not more than other grocery stores. Their self checkout had a few hiccups and the lady employee had to keep coming over to clear/ok things. She was so very nice and personable and upbeat. She explained they just had a new system installed yesterday and it is really, really sensitive. We all got through it all though. This store is a bit quieter and mellow vs the Mt Airy one (that’s a good thing!) and employees are always very nice and helpful.

  They are always nice there. The store is clean but they dont always have the item I am looking for.
