  Check your pizza before you leave. I ordered online and picked up on the way home. Grab and Go. Get 30 minutes away and ready to eat to discover the pizza I ordered came without the specialty but with the extras I ordered!? No ham, pineapple or bacon just onions jalapenos and olives!?? I double checked, yep ordered Hawaiian. The phone call back to dominoes resulted only in, "I'm sorry, we can remake it for you but you have to come here to get it, and only available tonight." I just drove 9 hrs already. Guess I just paid high dollar for a nothing pizza. Will NOT be back here!!

  I ordered 3 pizzas from this location on 5/8/26. I should have looked at all of them before I drove away because 2 of the pizza's were not close to what I had ordered. I know people make mistakes but how the heck can an employee at this place get 2 pizza's wrong. I have never had any issues with Domino's at any location until today. I spoke with Don the manager and was told I would need to bring the pizzas back and they would correct the order. I would be fine with that if I didn't live about 30 minutes away and gas prices being outrageously high. Domino's needs to train their employees to get their customers orders correct. "Not everyone lives next door". Manager Don was of no help other than for me to bring the pizza's back and have them replaced. I told Don that I would not be driving back to Domino's due to it being 30 minutes away and that gas prices were high. I also told Don that if his employees would do their job correctly then I wouldn't have an issue. I did get loud with him because my order was wrong. I asked him why don't he come get the pizza's and he proceeded to tell me he has only been in Pilot Mountain area for about a year and didn't have any Idea where I lived. Hello we all have Google Maps on our phones or some other app for directions. I could care less how long he has been living in the area. I just wanted the correct pizzas I ordered.. I should have checked the pizzas before I left but I didn't. "Big mistake on my part". I have ordered pizza at this location several times with no issues until tonight. A customer would expect their order to be correct the first time, perhaps Don the manager needs to retrain his crew on his shift. I would like to give some advice to anyone that orders from this location, "Please check your order before leaving". Don will not be of any help for anyone that lives 30 minutes away unless you drive back with the pizzas that was incorrect. Don and his crew screwed up the order but the customer has to face the consequences of the employees mistakes. This location has lost a customer.

  Love this location 😍 They always cool my pizza perfect, and the staff is friendly every visit! My order is exactly what I asked for 😉

  I have ordered here 4 times so far, and the preparation of the food has not been great. This makes me sad, because I love having the option for a quick pizza night. Please do better.
