I wanted to reward the guy who works under me for a job well done passing his certification exam. I checked the tracker at 12:01pm and it said my order was being prepared. Since it takes about 12 minutes to get to the store from my job, I headed out to pick up my order. The typical cook time on a pizza is 6-8 minutes, so I figured I'd be getting there right as our pizzas came out of the oven. Imagine my surprise when I got there and the screen in the lobby said that my order was not even being prepared yet. Why the discrepancy? I told them I was there for my order, and they didn't even give me an estimate of how long it would take. I watched as pizza after pizza came out of the oven, checking the time on my watch as I waited. I was finally handed my pizzas at 12:36pm, a full 21 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, and about 25 minutes after I had arrived at the store. Even knowing that I was standing there waiting for my order, they made more pizzas before mine. I even told them I was on my lunch break from work, hoping that would show them that time was of the essence. I think they were more concerned about the delivery orders, because tips were involved.

The store manager during dinner time has no idea how to use the coupons the franchisee is sending out? The GM on 4/6/26 at 4:25pm needs customer service training.
