    Put in a future order on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday at 11:00am. Called at 10:45am to ensure the delivery would be here. Was told that the manager didn’t show up and delivery would be late and would be at 11:30am which was acceptable since we’d intentionally ordered for an early window just in case it was late. Called at 11:50am after it still wasn’t delivered and was on hold for over 5 minutes before someone picked up. In that time the delivery driver arrived. He was pleasant, but he told me the system told me that I hadn’t paid (which isn’t right my email receipt clearly says I’d paid Apple Pay). Gave him a $100 bill and was then told he couldn’t take that either because the bill was too large. Thankfully we were at a party and people had smaller bills we ultimately paid with otherwise I’m not sure what we would’ve done. This isn’t the first time our call ahead order has had issues as the same thing happened last year. We decided that after management turned over we’d try again this year but guess nothing has changed so we won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

    I’ve ordered from this dominoes on and off for years. Like once a week minimum on and off for years. They have always struggled with consistency, honoring any additional changes to the order (i.e. if you request well done or light sauce they will ignore this). But after years of putting up with their bullshit tonight just sealed the deal. I submit an order in app at 11:38 pm. They close at 12. It begins saying it’s being made. I arrive at the store at 11:55 and at that very moment they cancelled my order. I was ignored and they had locked the door. It would be one thing if I sent the order in at that time (let’s be real it wouldn’t accept it) but you’ve had that order 17 minutes where it said YOU WERE MAKING IT and you cancel it 5 minutes to close when I arrive and when I try to knock on the door/explain I’m ignored. Not wanting to make the food isn’t a reason to not make the food. I’m a perpetual don’t show up prior to close and ask for food person. I don’t show up before close and order. I respect people’s time (which is why it wasn’t ordered at 11:55) but respect mine. This place should close that’s all I have to say.

    Made an online order. It was canceled by the store. I called to figure out what was going on and they hung up in my face without saying a word. Absolutely unacceptable!

    I’ve had major issues at this location. Several months back, I had an issue where my order never updated… found out later from the owner they didn’t have anyone working, so I waited for no reason. On another occasion, I did a delivery order, and then I got a call that they had no driver. He said I could do pickup, but when I brought up doing a refund for delivery fee and tip, he said he would just cancel the order and then *I* would have to resubmit my order again for pickup. When I show up for the pickup, they said one of my pizzas “had a hole in it,” so they are remaking it. Meanwhile, the first pizza was already made while the second one was being remade, so we had to reheat the pizza when we got home.
