- JFJenny FarringtonSep 11, 20261.0Always have had great experiences at this location… Todd even knew me by name I came in so often. Haven’t been recently… i always place online orders so I can go in pick it up and go home. Today 9/11 ordered said ready by 810pm I got there at 7:50 so I peaked In to see if my order was ready early and Todd greeted me asking if I had paid for my food yet and I said online he proceeded to tell me the online order system was down..(how am I supposed to know that) and I said well where did my order go he said outer space and I said and the money that was taken he said “should”be refunded. That’s it no i apologize.. hate that happened .. can i place your order now so you can get your food nothing. That’s not customer service at all!! DO BETTER!
- TATabitha AustinAug 6, 20261.0We ordered from the kernersville location and had delicious pizza but the bread sticks were burnt and had barely any of the flavor topping. So we tried this location instead. I do live in care for a 90 yo so so I primarily cook for her since I LOVE to cook but she sure does love her pizza. Not from here though! The bread sticks at this location were perfect but we threw away the pizza. She tried eating it two days in a row because we hate wasting food but it was so dry and hard that it was just too unpleasant to try and consume. Usually I'd leave this in a survey but I never got one this time around so making the review public. Also the person that greeted me (short, skinny guy with hair close to chin length) was not very welcoming and I think since I paid cash, he didn't split the tip because another worker came up behind him trying to see the order on the screen and he scurried off quickly.
