  Food is trash service is trash fry’s were cold and stale even though I waited for them to be fresh surprised they still in business this been going on for years

  An AI chatbot took my order at the drive through and asked me a handful of dumb questions that a human would have intuited not to. Customers don’t want to talk to a chatbot. I’ll just not come back to this bojangles.

  got smoked sausage biscuits, burnt the sausage sambled egg biscuit very little eggs mostly biscuit. will not go there again.

  Restaurant is clean, service acceptable; however, those are the only positives. Bojangles as a whole is usually consistent in food quality. This location seems to be the exception. The majority of my experiences here involve receiving old, stale, hard, lukewarm chicken. I keep coming back hoping management has corrected the issue and sorry to report there’s been no progress. Today I ordered a family meal, got home to discover not only was my order wrong, but again the chicken appeared hours old. The Mac n cheese was disgusting… basically mush. Biscuits were fine as were the mashed potatoes. Drove back and the staff is putting together the right chicken at the time of this writing but asked them to cook it fresh. Not once did I hear anything similar to, “I’m sorry for your inconvenience”. It’s 4pm and there are two trays full of chicken. I suspect they’re doling out leftovers from the rush hour. I think I’m just through with this location. Sucks because I’m right around the corner and I grew up with Bojangles. Not sure I can confidently boast that Bojangles is better than Popeyes to all my northern friends anymore! Update: A well mannered young employee did actually say sorry at the end of my wait. That said I got home with freshly cooked white meat…again (asked for dark). I don’t have it in me to go back up there a third time

  Why does it take so long for them to prepare your order??? This is definitely not a FAST food option. Don’t come here unless you have 20-30 minutes to wait in the drive-through line.
