extremely slow service and rude people working who had no expression or talked to me at all. She looked like she hated her job and I was standing out there waiting for my ice cream for so long while there’s four people in the back laughing their heads off. sweet treat across the street was looking really yummy…

This is my first visit here on this island, and it will most certainly be my last. That black girl has such a bad attitude, as if everyone owes her money.I think next time I’ll head to the nearby ice‑cream shop. The girls there are much more welcoming.

Went with a friend. We both had blizzards. Mine was an ice cream sundae blizzard and friend had some kind of chocolate with brownies. We were handed our ice-cream and it was extremely melted. It never would have stood up to their upside down promotion. We didn't think of it at the time and found a place outside to eat it. I dont believe there is inside seating.

A young black lady with glasses was helping me out. I started out by ordering 5 items off the menu and tipping her before she started making it. After a couple items were made, she asked if I wanted a tray and I politely said that I did not know what she said. She then quite rudely said “a TRAY.” Another women with pink hair helped out and made a blizzard, it was clearly overfilled but yet she kept trying to put the lid on, I could see in her face that she knew it would not work but she continued to try and put the lid on but only ended up putting it on about half way before letting it leak on the outside of the cup and placing it into the tray without making any effort to try cleaning it. She walked away and the young black lady came back, I asked her if she could help clean it up or take a little bit off the top but she instead responded with “what do you want me to do about it?” I was honestly surprised with the tone and how rude she was. It was not able to be cleaned up so I instead had to take a spoon and scoop it out of the cup onto the ground to stop it from leaking in my car. I almost asked for my tip back but I realized it wouldn’t be possible as it was in a curved vase. The lack of respect I was shown was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced from any Dairy Queen. All the staff seemed generally unhappy. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this location fails in the near future unless steps are taken to greatly improve attitude and customer service. Edit: All my items tasted very watered down and majority of one of my items was foam. Yes, it may have melted but even when I first received my blizzards, they looked like liquid to me and not the typical frozen blizzard you’d get. I’ve read some of the other reviews and from what I can tell, this location needs a change in management and possibly some intervention from corporate. Hands were also directly touching the items going in our mouths without gloves. This isn’t a major problem but also many flies inside and a couple landed on my items.
