Instead of a crew member apologizing and starting to take our order themselves, I had to start saying hello repeatedly. A very annoyed worker finally answered with “Yeah Bo-Linda stopped taking your order. What else did you need?” She kept interrupting to tell me they were out of tea, nope nevermind, “we don’t have Diet Pepsi, oh wait we do my bad”. Got to the window and handed our food. Didn’t get our daughter’s kids meal drink so we mentioned it and were handed a random Bo sized drink with a shrug. They shoved all of our individual picnic sides in one box with a green beans on its side. The juice spilled out and broke the bottom of the box. My husband got a breast and wing dinner Bo sized and they only gave us one of the fries instead of two, but charged us for both.
