  Jesus Christ I ordered a loco taco I get something else it was a soft taco with sour cream on the end this place is going to fail every gd time your out of proper stuff never more I will go!

  Ordered a supreme taco party pack they didn’t make it supreme not a big deal, ordered potato tacos and the potatoes were kind of old not a big deal, ordered a drink and they don’t put ice in it? Either way not a big deal. They forget one of the two sauces and only put like 6 in there for over 10 tacos not a big deal. But how many times do you have to be disappointed in one order. There are many Taco Bell’s around hickory and I really implore you to go to another one and honestly with my first impression of this location being this I think they want you to go somewhere else as well.

  Go into taco bell to pick up a doordash order and theres two workers (one with pink and black hair and another younger black girl) talking with a customer/friend about sex loudly at the register with other customers trying to eat their food in the lobby. Making explicit comments about riding a guy and “jumping on him” and “if you dont then i will” Just extremely unprofessional lmao.

  The absolute worst Taco Bell in the area, they never and I repeat ever get an order correct. Ever.... Missing items, wrong items, the night crew is more worried about smoking and hanging out than doing their job.

  When I got to the window, I was lied too about being able to add on a small chips and cheese to my order saying “ I can’t do that at the window”. Being lazy is not good customer service. On top of that my one taco was broken all into pieces and had barely any meat. I don’t recommend this place, they’ve gone downhill
