  Food is great but every time I come hear I wait for atleast 20 minutes. Here now and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes on my order that I placed for mobile pickup 45 minutes ago.

  We sat there for 10 mins with the little red light flashing. No one took our order so we went elsewhere. Too many places offering similar items to eat at. The time before that it took 20 mins to get two grilled cheese. Not because it was busy. Because they had thought the order had already gone out so they never made it. Time before that the gas got turned off right before we ordered. Abysmal. The food generally is good tho!!!! If you can just get it!

  Barely anyone there in drive-thru 3 cars we were the 3rd been sitting here 20 minutes to place an order and no 1 has acknowledged us we will continue to wait but this is ridiculous plus we can hear the people inside talking to each other but still no 1 has acknowledged us

  Absolutely atrocious location… 2nd time I have been here in a row and have yet to even place an order after being here 45 minutes… Ended up leaving both times… Store location needs to be closed! And I must also mention that both times I’ve been, there has barely been any customers! So please tell me what’s the hold up on everything… Oh wait one time I see a worker walking across the parking lot to Bojangles… People inside talking on their cell phones instead of waiting on customers… Avoid this location at all cost!

  Dont even bother putting in a mobile order, you will be waiting for an hour while the crew services everyone else but you, even for the most basic orders. Drive thru takes forever as well. Just don’t waste your time with this place unless you are ordering one drink, and even then you’ll need to clear your schedule for the next two hours just in case. The crew doesn’t care to reassure you that you they even know you ordered, nor will they at least bring you drinks while you wait, in fact they seem to get annoyed at YOU for asking where your burger combo is (you know, the one you ordered an hour and 20 minutes ago.)
