  Bring back the skates or something! I waited 30 minutes to get 1 slushie and they got my flavor wrong. Not only extremely slow, but how disappointing to not even get what I paid for.

  I placed my order at stall #6, they gave me a total, then I sat there for 30 minutes. Watched people come and go. After 30 minutes, I checked on my food. Apparently no record of my order. No idea what I was talking about. After 30 minutes I had to reorder my food again…..total BS.

  This was our third and final trip to this Sonic location. The first 2 times, they took forever and still got the order wrong. This time, we were checked in from the mobile app for well over 10 minutes (close to 15) before someone came up to ask if we were checked in. It took close to 25 minutes to get the order. The tots were dark brown and hard - obviously re-fried ones. The burger looked like someone put mayo and mustard on the wrapper and put the burger on it. It's was SO messy that it was impossible to eat without a fork and knife. We've been to multiple Sonics in multiple states. This one is the most poorly managed we've ever come across. Save yourself the headache and eat elsewhere. And yes, I say it's poor management bc now that I see multiple other similar reviews, it's reflective of management that doesn't not follow through. Whether that's hiring, training, enforcement, what have you. I've worked enough food service to know that these results don't come about when there's effective leadership.

  Aug3 2026 Well Sonic since i revised my original unfavorable post from 1yr ago, ive visited a number of times over the past couple weeks that have left me with a hit & miss mediocre opinion of Newton's Sonic, but YOU REALLY ZONKED OUT TONIGHT if you're going to serve inedible ROCK HARD hotdog buns with your footlong hotdogs, don't expect anybody to say anything nice about them YOU TRIED but not very well my receipt says Mya was my car hop > ASK HER > i had her feel the rock hard bread > i sent it back & went to Wendy's i saw her toss it as she passed the trash can i don't expect to be back anytime soon & don't leave a light on for me _________________________ i haven't visited in a while. the review i removed was 11 months ago. i stopped visiting because i lost all expectation of receiving anything served hot at this location. i stopped by a couple days ago & received a HOT Breakfast Sandwich i decided to stop by TODAY & again received HOT Sandwiches > ok the 2nd one seemed to be hotter than the first, but still goood if HOT is the conscious norm, then i'll be back > if not then maybe again sometime late 2027 or early 2028 THANX CREW ! to quote a california governor: I'LLLLLL BEEEE BAAACKK 5-STARS 2 THUMBS UP 1 BIGG GRIN on a sidenote: SONIC COULD SWEEP THE BURGER MARKET IN THEIR TRADITIONAL DRIVE-IN FASHION if they were to offer a HOTT THICK 1/2 LB STEAK-BURGER
