    We went there after going to the park to get some refresher and food. It took 5 mins to take our order and at least 20 mins to get our order. The refresher tasted like fruit in carbonated water and we couldn’t turn back because the kids were so angry about the wait.

    EXTREMELY SLOW. We did the drive through and only got 2 sodas. The entire experience took about 20 minutes. The drive through is probably longer than parking and ordering based on our experience. There is no drive through window so they come to you the same they would a car. The staff was friendly.

    Half the stall screens aren’t on. When you go through the drive through, they usually don’t even acknowledge you’re there. If you’re lucky for someone to speak to you, it’s usually to tell you to give them a moment. I waited over 15 minutes after they told me to give them a moment before I just gave up and left. There was no one in the drive through lane so it’s not like they were busy and trying to catch up on orders. I think they’re just lazy and unwilling to work at the place they’re being paid at.

    took 15 minutes for 2 shakes and they were missing half of my blast. Update, after asking for a remake on the blast they made us wait 40+ minutes, never got the remake just a refund.

    Had to take an extended lunch break cause I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Super annoying.
