  I ordered my food over an hour ago and it was never delivered. I called and they didn’t try to offer or give any explanation to why my food was never delivered they were very rude and called my husband homie after he asked him where our food was I’m highly disappointed do not waste your time with this place it has completely gone down hill

  We placed an order around 7:00pm and the estimated delivery time said it should arrive around 8:10pm. We waited all the way until 8:30pm and finally decided to call the store and they said that they weren't sure what happened but our order was pushed all the way to the end of the queue and that we won't get our order until after 9pm pending a door dasher picks it up. We asked the staff a few questions for clarification and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Are you freaking serious?! Will never order from Pizza Hut again. Do not recommend this location. Update: it's 9pm and somehow they sent the door dasher to the wrong pizza hut location. I don't even want the pizzas anymore at this point. Ridiculous.

  Place was busy, and I assume short staffed. But what really got me was the fact the they do not have a changing table in thier bathroom. I had a baby who needed to be changed and had nowhere to change him except my car. Which on this day, it was storming outside. So I had to walk my baby outside to my car to change him. You'd think in 2026 that all places in business would have a changing table in the bathroom.

  I ordered on a great deal which is a large pizza with three toppings only. But, I don't exactly know how large the pizza is supposed to be. Is it supposed to be a fit in the box? Anyway, the overall is good though. Here is the photo of a large pizza, by the way.

  Had not been in many years due to the service and food consistently going down hill. I recently noticed an “Under New Management” sign so I thought I would give it a try! Our pizza was delicious and everyone was so friendly! Will definitely add this back to our regular rotation!
