  Just a four star, not five, cus they forgot I asked no ham on the Hawaii luau. Anyways, it was great!

  Every time I’ve come to this Pizza Hut there’s been one issue or another. Today I came in as a doordasher and the guy at the front had snot dripping down his face from his nose and coughing. Disgusting. Feel sad for the customers I delivered to. You should not have people visibly sick working in a restaurant handling peoples food.

  I had great service despite the store been short staffed. I love all the games in the lobby for you to play while you are waiting for your food

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I spent over $60 on my order, and when I got home, I realized the wings I paid for were completely missing. I immediately called the store to let them know, expecting a simple resolution. Instead, the associate told me, “we gave them to you,” and then hung up on me. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I contacted the call center for help, I was told they don’t handle complaints, leaving me with no resolution at all. Between the missing items, being dismissed by staff, and having no support from customer service, this was a very frustrating experience. I expect better communication, accountability, and respect for paying customers.
