  I can't tell you how many times they brought my food and never bring the sauces I ordered with it. They give a partial refund but one sauce for a large stuffed crust pizza does not do any good. And the manager was not empathetic or had any care to actually satisfy the issue.

  I’m a doordasher. I came in to pick up an order and a blonde girl was in the back just on her phone. Looked at me and didn’t say anything. Stood there for probably 5-10 minutes while waiting before another girl came up to the front and asked me what I was waiting for while the blonde girl just stared. The food was already done and just sitting there. My delivery was late because she didn’t wanna look up from her phone.

  This place gets SO BUSY sometimes! I’m a dasher and they’ve had the same staff for MONTHS! All of them work hard and stay consistent when they have MANY orders. One of the best places to dash for even if I have to wait. I’m happy I have them close by when I work❤️

  My favorite person is Chris. He works hard and always gets my pizza just right! I will continue to support this Papa John’s

  So the app confused me when I ordered because I was trying to use a gift card. But it only paid a portion and then I tried to pay with card but then it wouldn’t use the gift card. So I hit cash thinking I could pay in store with my card. The app needs work. But the staff there was so kind and amazing that when I messed up with the app and it wouldn’t let me pay with my card one employee tried to pay the rest so I wouldn’t have to go get cash. He is and amazing employee and showed such kindness. I did not get his name sadly. 5 stars to the employee here and the food was very delicious. I did go get the money he did not pay. I just wanted to give him a shout out. And talk that kindness is still alive.
