Yet when I ordered it he stated they were out of tomatoes? Guess that one got thrown in the trash, I walked out after they told me corporate made that rule. Pretty sure these are independently run franchises. I get my protein pockets at Cherry Point any way I want it. Guess I won't be going back to Subway in Newport, not a good way to run a business!

Orders have become timely once again, haven't had an 'out of stock' issue for some time, and new batch of staff are much more pleasant. Previous review: Consistently I have been having problems here since the new crew. Pre ordering is pointless as they take walk ins before online orders regardless of how early you send it in. They do not read special instructions sent to them. And if there is some issue with your order, they will not contact you about it, nor make any attempt to make as much of the order as they can to speed up the process. This place used to be good.
