Management doesn't know what they're doing staff. Seems lost. Except for a couple people were there to help pick up the slack. And they weren't even management as one kid that was there that helped us tremendously. And you could tell he was getting frustrated, but he did his very best. Definitely need to do a retraining on management or hire a new manager Very slow service, especially for being a new store. Everything's new and fresh inside. There should be no excuse. Poor management!!! Shouldn't take a 10 minute drive through for a coffee. And cant even get the frozen coffee, right

I walked into this dunkin’ around 7pm today and got the warmest welcome! The crew was incredibly nice and very fast with their service. So far, this is my favorite dunkin in NC. i’m definitely coming back!

Spacious and the staff were nice. Most importantly, THEY HAVE THE CHOCOLATE CREME DONUTS! They've been so difficult to find in ENC, I haven't had one in more than five years but they used to be my favorite as a kid!
