  06/27/2026. 11:58 am. Store #364898, The building is new, the inside is nice. The staff are ok, but the staff really needs a lot more training. My wife loves the Boston Kremes ,so we decided to go to the new Dunkin by our house. She ordered two Boston Kremes CHK 5107. When we were almost home my Wife looked into the bag and saw both donuts upside down in the bag. When we got home she had to scrape the chocolate topping from the bottom of the bag and place it back on the donuts. Im perty sure we will never go back to this Dunkin anytime soon. The photos are after she scraped as much topping out as she could.

  They constantly put frosted donuts in to-go bags upside down. There is no consistency in my coffee. I order the same thing all the time and it tastes different everytime. There is either no caramel or very little. If this just happened once I wouldn't have left a review but now this is the 4th time. I will continue to drive to Morehead to get better service.

  I have been dedicated to being a Dunkin Donuts Fan for many many years. I used to live in Dutchess County NY now I live in Newport NC, I've always enjoyed all of the different Muffins DD makes, like Corn, Blueberry, Coffeecake and chocolate chip muffins, Why is it that they don't make Corn Muffins at this Store !? Not very happy 8 (

  Took about 40 minutes to get my first coffee for some reason they didn’t think to make the second coffee at the same time they made the first one.asked about it they said they haven’t got to it yet pushing an hour at this point ended up paying for 2 coffees and getting one.this isn’t just a one time mistake this happens every single time weather it’s busy or slow the team sucks.none of them know how to stay in there station so it’s like a circus got there at 8:30 left at 9:30 with only one of my drinks

  The employees are nice but MAN the drinks ?.. ive been here only 3 times for the Benefit of doubt that there is always bad days you know. But there is no way that every single time I’ve gone the drinks are TOO sour (refreshers, protein lattes) not in a good way either the kind that make your stomach hurt all day. And the lattes is bitter like if little to no milk or syrup that I asked for was not added . Drink wise there needs to be more training done I’ve never had an issue with my drinks at Dunkin’s until this one. I highly dislike the fact that I spend 20$ on an average meal , just to take a sip of my drink and to be automatically upset by a untasteful drink.
