  Spacious and the staff were nice. Most importantly, THEY HAVE THE CHOCOLATE CREME DONUTS! They've been so difficult to find in ENC, I haven't had one in more than five years but they used to be my favorite as a kid!

  We were so happy when a Duncan came into Newport but it's turned into a disaster every time we go to buy coffee something turns out wrong I am giving you two stars because the coffee was good but the coffee was the wrong size the breakfast meal deal was terrible it tasted old the bacon wraps the cheese whiz burnt the bacon tasted like it just came out of the microwave a week ago and the hash browns that I love will actually squished and when I try to pull them apart to eat them they fell apart if my husband didn't have to go to work we would have brought everything back except for the coffee this is happening way too much

  If you want 15 to 20 minute wait times (drivethru or inside )inconsistent coffee and donuts they just throw in a bag to get messed up then this is the Dunkin for you. I’ve been here five separate times and I have been disappointed every single visit.

  06/27/2026. 11:58 am. Store #364898, The building is new, the inside is nice. The staff are ok, but the staff really needs a lot more training. My wife loves the Boston Kremes ,so we decided to go to the new Dunkin by our house. She ordered two Boston Kremes CHK 5107. When we were almost home my Wife looked into the bag and saw both donuts upside down in the bag. When we got home she had to scrape the chocolate topping from the bottom of the bag and place it back on the donuts. Im perty sure we will never go back to this Dunkin anytime soon. The photos are after she scraped as much topping out as she could.
