  I order Uber eats and i get my food. Why is my shake not full in the cup and why is my burger upside down🤨 (blink twice if you are being held hostage) my goodness I'd be embarrassed to work with some people. Dont make something simple seem so difficult especially if you NEED a job. I understand we may not like our job but put some effort into it regardless.

  My boyfriend and I came here yesterday. I normally love this place ( it was his 1st time) but we both got food poisoning and im still so sick. Will be a long while before I go back!

  My server brought my food to the car and was super sweet! Food was delicious too and the drink was nice and ice cold. It hit the spot for sure on a really hot day!

  I normally am a fan of Sonic. Today, not so much. Went to the drive thru, sat at the ordering station for more than 10 minutes, totally ignored, not even a whisper or a " We'll be right with you". Very disappointing.

  The lady taking our order I’m sure she was a black woman …. Was very rude and disrespectful the way she spoke to us. She talked very low in the speaker and when we asked her to repeat herself because we couldn’t hear her she said it with a major attitude. Won’t be coming back here anymore … very terrible customer service.
