Very disappointed because I love Pizza hut and choose it over dominos 100times over but maybe it’s just this particular location but first two times my orders were 15 min late no big deal atleast the pizza was some what warm to eat. This time I placed an order for delivery at 4pm to deliver at 8:15 when i’m getting off work. Food was not delivered till 9pm. Had to call the store to figure it out and my pizza was not fully cooked and it was cold. I guess I will be having to jump on the dominos bandwagon from now on.

The local store never answered the phone--the phone was answered by customer services on the four times I tried to call and they are located elsewhere and could only tell me that my delivery for the order I had placed an hour earlier would take over 2 hours more. They attempted to transfer me to the store which was never answered. They could not cancel my order. I ended up driving to our local store (which was locked) and the ONLY good thing I can say is that the guy at the drive through window was VERY polite and actually had my pizza ready though by that time was only partially warm. If you are having problems with finding good help, which I know is common right now, it would be easier to let people know when they place an order that there will be a delay which did not happen in this case. I had company waiting for the pizza.

Get the pizza home it doesn't taste the same as the other pizza huts. Look closer toppings are all switched around son wont eat pizza because there is pineapple near his pizza....
