- JDJoanna Delgado4 days ago1.0Came in today with my husband and baby. We were very hungry. Food smelled great. We waited over 40 minutes for a waiter/waitress to take our drink and food order. NOBODY came. It wasn’t busy at all. We watched other families get waited, that came in after us. We left, and told the hostess that nobody waited us just for her to say “sorry”. This Outback needs to do better! We left hungry and angry.

The only thing that saved my dining experience was our server Earneca!! She provided top tier service!!! She was professional, polite, and always made sure we had what we needed.. If it wasn't for her this place would get a zero star from me!! If you go there ask for her personally you won't be disappointed!!

I also was made aware that the regional manager was here tonight, I noticed he interacted with every table around and he didn’t interact with us at all the entire time we were dining. His service gets zero stars for our table.
