First time eating here and my last. Didn’t cut sandwich, everything fell out as soon as I unwrapped it, and no bacon that I paid extra for on an already expensive sandwich. Pathetic

I ordered via the website 10 minutes before close. My order was received and my payment was takes. I missed a call at 9:02 just after closing. Called back and no answer. My order did not arrive. No one from the store reached out that day or the next day. Or any day.
I went to the website for a refund. They said I would hear from the store within 48 hours. Never heard from the store. Back to customer service. Referred my complaint to the store. Should hear within 48 hours again. Never contacted by the store. Back and forth.
Here I am 2 weeks later. I paid for an order I never received. Over $50. Neither Jimmy Johns corporate nor the new Bern store will refund my money. Horrible customer service.

Waited over an hour for the last several times I've ordered delivery when the store is a mile from where I live, just to get a poorly made cold sandwich. When I try to call the store nobody answers. Garbage place, save your money and go somewhere else.

My experience was frustrating and others should be aware. My order included a pasta salad, but I received potato salad instead. I called and the replacement arrived about 30 minutes later—again, potato salad! When I called again laughing about it- to get the correct item (which I cannot eat), the employee was hostile and implied I was unreasonable calling them while they were understaffed during the lunch rush. She said they were too shorthanded and would get it to me later. It never arrived. I paid for food I never received. My only guess is this employee decided to not deliver it, because I called her out on her attitude with me.
I contacted corporate and was told complaints are handled locally. After no response from the owner for a week, I contacted corporate again, and the franchise owner, Tina, called within an hour to apologize. She stated that she never received the original complaint.
I was not seeking anything free, only to report the poor service. Tina seemed shocked that her employees would act this way but did offer to make it right. I no longer feel comfortable returning, especially given a previous order also had an incorrect item (I ate it and didn't call the store), suggesting a pattern of carelessness. Additionally, I don't want that hostile employee making my food!
