    I spent almost $40 for two giant sandwiches. One was the Gargantuan and the other was a Turkey Tom. I asked for the Turkey Tom to be all the way (lettuce, tomato, mayo) add onions, salt, pepper, and oregano. When I got home, my Turkey sandwich was just mayo, Turkey, cheese, and a couple tomatoes. It's so unfair to spend my hard earned money on a what I feel should have at least came with what is listed to be included on the sandwich. I instead ended up with a half made sandwich. Of course I ate half for dinner cause I traveled from across the bridge to get it and didn't feel like wasting more gas to go back to get it corrected.

    Very disappointing experience, especially for a restaurant that’s supposed to be known for fast service. There were three employees working and only one other customer in the restaurant, yet it took 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. My receipt was timestamped 11:32 and we didn’t get our food until 11:47. The staff honestly seemed half asleep. They forgot the pickle I ordered, and when I went back to ask for it, it was like watching someone cut a pickle in slow motion. They also didn’t give us any napkins. When I went back to ask for those, the employee I spoke to didn’t even look up or acknowledge me—he just kept his head down and mumbled to the person next to him to hand me some napkins. I don’t expect instant service, but 15+ minutes for two sandwiches in an almost empty Jimmy John’s, combined with forgotten items and staff who seemed completely disengaged, was pretty bad.

    Sandwich quality was fine. My wife ordered a sandwich and added provolone; they forgot to add it, and the manager on duty refused to let staff hand us a slice after the fact. Not a great experience.

    Went to today for a pickup order at 4:30, 2 people working in there no one spoke when I came in (I said hi and everything). My sub was sloppy, it matched the additude of the employees. Horrible experience. Go somewhere else.
