  This place in New Bern, NC has gone down hill EXTEREMLY!! Every single time I go in there. No hello, how are you. No thank you have a nice day. Nothing. The employees hardly speak to you at all. They do not ask for your order. They just stare at you until you start ordering! I have had them literally eating bread in their hand while taking my order!! So rude!! Jimmy John’s! DO BETTER!!

  I placed an order online which included a cookie. When my order arrived, there was no cookie in the bag. I called up to the store and informed them that I was missing a cookie and asked if it could be credited back to my card, the person that answered just said "No, but they would just put another cookie in the bag when I came in the next time." After I asked how that would be tracked or if they would just trust me, she hung up on me. This is actually the second time this has happened in the last 12 months or so and the first time was handled similarly. I'm only writing this review because it has now happened a second time to me specifically. The rest of the order was correct and made very well. The delivery was very fast, as well.

  Every single time I have ordered via online a modified veggie sandwich It has never been correct, ever. I guess they don't read their orders very well or not all.

  The service is UNMATCHED here. We have brought our group home here many times and they’ve always gone above and beyond to help us and be patient and with a smile. They are amazing. Come see them.

  I ordered via the website 10 minutes before close. My order was received and my payment was takes. I missed a call at 9:02 just after closing. Called back and no answer. My order did not arrive. No one from the store reached out that day or the next day. Or any day. I went to the website for a refund. They said I would hear from the store within 48 hours. Never heard from the store. Back to customer service. Referred my complaint to the store. Should hear within 48 hours again. Never contacted by the store. Back and forth. Here I am 2 weeks later. I paid for an order I never received. Over $50. Neither Jimmy Johns corporate nor the new Bern store will refund my money. Horrible customer service.
