I ordered a large protein matcha with extra matcha. The lady said that there wasn’t an option for “extra matcha” (I order this all the time)… the reason why I ask for extra matcha is because they always make the matcha taste like straight up milk. That’s what happened again. Matcha is not supposed to look like light green milk nor taste like straight up milk. It happens too many times where they make the matcha taste like milk because they add too much milk. It’s straight up wastes everyone’s money. Not a great Dunkin day :(

It’s pretty bad when you walk in to all the employees playing around and not paying attention to the customers and the stores absolutely disgusting 🤮 we walked out and didn’t even finish ordering. One of the employees was outside hanging all over some girl instead of working. I’d fire everyone there

Twice now out of donuts and coffee I guess they just don't want to sell anything. Employees act upset to be there.

I will never visit this Dunkin again. I've given this place several tries over the years and they just don't come close to the other two New Bern locations. Today an employee was being rude to her coworker who was a young teenager or either young adult, telling him he was going to get fired over the drink I tried to order. My niece wanted the electric blue lemonade after letting her look at the menu online on the way. When she ordered it, the lady told us it hasn't come out yet. I said "no problem, she'll take the strawberry drink instead." The other employees said they had the ingredients to make it and that he would. The other employee taking our order said he was going to get fired for doing that I said "no don't worry about it we'll get the other drink it's not a big deal." Then she told me she already rang up the other drink so it's like she was just wanting to complain for nothing. We left our drinks and donuts sitting on the table while we went to the bathroom with my 3 year old and 13 year old niece. they were about half drank. we were gone for maybe 3 minutes and the employee that threw our stuff away knocked on the door and I heard her telling the other employees that we left. I presume this was right after she threw our stuff away knowing that we hadn't left. There was nobody else in there. She's seen us come out the bathroom because she came out of the mens right after we did and told us to "have a great day" and didn't even offer to give us new donuts. I mean who in their right mind spends $20 on drinks and donuts just to leave them there. I assume she was being spiteful based on her attitude from the beginning. I'm done with this place. Te employees at the Neuse Blvd locations are so much nicer and chill. I will go out of my way to visit that one from now on

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a ham and Swiss croissant. When I bit into it, the middle was still ice cold. I turned around, went inside, and politely asked if they could warm it up for me. The employee acted like I was asking for something unreasonable and said something along the lines of, “So what, she wants it burnt?” I clarified that I didn’t want it burnt—just not ice cold in the middle. When she handed it back, there was no “have a nice day” or any kind of polite closing like she gave to the customer ahead of me. I wasn’t being difficult. I just expected a hot sandwich to actually be warm, especially since it’s supposed to be a heated item. Disappointing service and food temperature on this visit.
