- WPWyatt Parker PhotographySep 14, 20262.0Almost every time I come to this chipotle they are out of sweet tea. I know this may seem like a small deal to some, but consider that a lot of folks do not drink soda and prefer the smoother taste of tea. When I’m paying $3 or so for a drink, I should not constantly arrive to one of the stable options offered by this establishment missing. Today when I went in I asked when the tea would be ready. Employees looked toward other employees but no one said a word. Finally, another employee on break in the lobby said “it will be ready in a couple of minutes, sir”. 20 minutes later and no one ever made an effort to make the tea, and multiple employees stood around doing nothing during this same time. Still no tea when I left. Service is everything in today’s restaurant market - and this Chipotle is missing the mark. Sincerely, Someone who had to drink Coke Zero for the 20th time at this Chipotle.
- MVMaya VotaSep 9, 20265.0I don’t ever leave reviews, but I ordered through the app and got my order at around 8:00. This was the best bowl I’ve ever had from any chipotle, I am honestly in love with whoever made it. I needed it thank you!!
- CSC SAug 27, 20263.0The food was good but management and employees definitely can do a better job at cleaning. Food all over the line food in other compartments on the other food. Counters dirty, workers with long hair with no hairnet. Foods dirty of food and trash. Drink machine area dirty as well. Needs to be dressed asap
