  I've been to dozens of Chipotle restaurants throughout the country, and this was truly the worst.

  Large Togo order was taken off the shelf minutes before arriving. Edit: $100+ order 5 people working and you let someone walk out with 3 large bags never asking a name

  If I could give a zero star I would. Service was terrible and unprofessional . Had a beef bowl, rice cold and hard the beef full of grissle. The guacamole is extra they mixed fresh in with old on the serving line. No napkins and no where to sit as all the tables where dirty .

  I already hate the fact that quesadillas are only available through online ordering but then to not cook them properly?!! This isn’t the first time this has happened so pardon me if my patience has run thin!! I will never understand how these “fast food” restaurants charge you $10 for a tortilla & cheese and then NOT know how to cook it. There’s clearly no timer on the steamer but I could feel it once I grabbed the foil wrapping that it was cold so I know whoever cooked felt the same. There needs to be management to lead these employees to actually care about the product they’re selling… Will not be going back.

  The employees were not nice and really skimping on what they put in my bowl. I only got brown rice, chicken, pico, and lettuce. I asked for cilantro and was told they’ve never done that. Well, I always get cilantro added to my bowl at any Chipotle I eat at, especially with the lack of other items I could put in my bowl. My husband ordered 2 drinks. I paid. No cups. Apparently, she didn’t add them to our order, so she rang it up and had me pull out my card for another transaction. She then told me she could get me cilantro on the side. I said yes please. The tall man in the kitchen told her no! The tables were all disgusting. We had to clean it ourselves so that we could eat. Tall man from the kitchen walked past all the tables, which were empty and needed cleaning, then went back into the kitchen ignoring them. Obviously these people are not being trained on customer service. I’ll drive right on by this location next time so I can hear the words, “Welcome to Moe’s.”
