  Chick-fil-A has it going on. Friendly staff, efficient drive through. Chicken is marinated in pickle juice, which isn't my favorite. But, that's my taste.

  I must have gone at the wrong time of the day because this has been my worst chick fil a experience I ever had! My order was taken wrong and I didn’t know until I got my items. My first red flag was that when the employee rush to my vehicle and almost pushing the food thru my window. The first thing we noticed while on the road because we were going home from the beach was that we were missing napkins which was not a big deal since I keep napkins in my truck since things happen like that a lot. Well I got a kids meal for my son and his kids toy was missing and to make things worse was that they didn’t put the salad dressing for my wife’s salad. To top it off I only got three chick fil a sauces for the 30 piece nuggets and the nuggets for my son’s meal. It wasn’t even that busy when went through the drive thru. Also the “large” fry was more like a regular size one.

  I did not go inside this Chick-fil-A location. How did it go through the drive-thru based on this review? I'm based on that in that alone. My experience going through the drive-thru as well. The attendant spoke clearly friendly. Had a short conversation The attendant did have an issue with their card. Reader did not panic. They tried twice. Told me that person ahead would take care of the issue. When I got to the next attendant they took my car so that I could pay for my meal greeting was polite and professional food was ready by the time I got up to the window. Speedy service even though it was very busy

  Drive thru is becoming worse. Errors are starting to be made more frequently. Order a large, receive a small. Receive a large, and get less fries than the small. Whatever you get, you can be sure the fries will be old, soft, and cold. Staff is becoming less friendly. Store is on its way down.

  Received ice cold waffle fries at the drive through today. Had to drive all the way back from work to remedy the issue. When I tried to get a gift card for the fries I was told by Jarred the team leader that he could only refund my money as cash or a credit back on the debit card. He said that their gift cards start at 5 dollars so because my fries were only $2.50 or so he could not give me a gift card. He gave me cash back instead. He was very polite and professional. I ask to speak to the manager. Elizabeth Ann came to my SUV to discuss further about my questions and concerns. She immediately handed me $5-6 dollars and told me that she wanted me to have this for my troubles and time. I thanked her but declined the offer of apology and handed her the money back, which was her own money by the way as stated by her. She was and is a very kind and gentle soul and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture but it did not and does not resolve the issue. Every customers time is worth something and their gas in their vehicle cost money. Chick-fil-A needs to have a coupon or some kind of gift card for each specific item that they sell to fix unhappy customers issues with their recent food purchases. Thank you Jarred and Elizabeth Ann for taking the time today to listen my complaints and concerns. Everybody loves Chick-fil-A, so please fix this flaw in your business model and give your customers what they deserve, for without your happy returning customers you don’t exist. I think this multi-billion dollar company or maybe more not sure can fix this tiny glitch in their system. Remember it’s not always all about the money it’s about the principle of something that actually matters! 😉
